A Day at the Zoo

Today the power went out at the mall. Actually, it went out in half our town. The first thing managment had us do was shut down all the shops. So I locked up the kiosk, and called the Boss and she said to stick around the mall til it opened up again. So I pulled out a sample kit of our product and went from store to store seeeing if anyone wanted to try it while they were stuck inside their shops. (This was the second part of the mall's declaration, that employees in stores must stay in said stores.) As I was touring the mall, passing closed gates, I felt like I was in a very empty zoo, with the animals sleeping in their cages. How droll.
